Known for taking a non-traditional approach to client goals and never backing down from a challenge, Mandi has more than 20 years of public relations, crisis communications, live-event, marketing and brand development experience. After graduating from UNLV, she joined the team of a Las Vegas-based public relations firm and spearheaded campaigns for a variety of hospitality and high-profile entertainment industry clients. In 2005 Mandi moved into the nonprofit side of the industry and played a key role in the launch of a 180-acre cultural, tourist attraction. She then returned to her entertainment and hospitality roots to work in the agency realm. In 2010, after attaining a multitude of experiences across varying industries she opened MMG, a full-service agency bringing a creative approach to clients no matter their genre. Today, with an exceptionally talented team in place alongside her, client work ranges from hospitality, entertainment, high-end attractions, sports, western lifestyle, live events, rodeo, healthcare, education, non-profit and more located nationwide as well as internationally.

Having begun her time at MMG many years ago managing event media operations, JaLea now oversees day-to-day client needs, events and overall portfolios in an effort to maximize positive press exposure and long-term brand recognition. Coming from a multi-generational ranching & rodeo family in Nevada, JaLea has vast knowledge across all disciplines of western sports -having been immersed in the industry and rodeoing her entire life.
